Advisor: Nick Feamster
Before I joined UChicago’s CS PhD program, I was an MSc student at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. Prior to that, I completed my undergrad at BITS Pilani Goa Campus, India. I also worked at two Fintech companies — PayPal and ePayLater as a Software Engineer after my undergrad.
Some of the early results from my Masters thesis were published as a poster in ACM COMPASS 2020. I also worked on PowerQoPE: A Personal Quality of Internet Protection and Experience Configurator, which was published as a design paper at IFIP HAISA, 2022.
My research interests include internet quality of experience (QoE) and internet equity. I am also interested in exploring network resource allocation schemes for video conferencing applications.
