Drew has been a software developer and engineering leader for more than 15 years. He started his career at ThoughtWorks learning agile software development practices. He then spent 11 years at Braintree — joining as an early engineer, later leading the Chicago engineering team, and finally acting as Chief Architect. He is now a Senior Director of Engineering at Google. Drew is passionate about open source software, functional programming, software engineering, and testing.
